I really don't have many new instructions for the flower.  Again, pick a photo where the design is simple enough to follow and be able to see it as stained glass.  For this flower, I'm using the image below.  It's just the thumbnail, so click on the flower image to download the full size image.

Instead of a lot of wordy directions, I'm showing you the full size painted image.  Remember to follow the directions from the pyramids.  You want to duplicate the photo in your layer palette, then fill the background layer in the palette with a solid color.

Here is a very helpful tip on working this way.  When I had my flowers sketched in, and I had clicked in each section to make sure there were no missing pixels/open places, I flood filled the sections of the flower with solid colors.  This accomplishes two things.  First, it allows you to get a good look at how the design is coming along.  Second, it will show up any problem areas with too many pixels or areas that simply aren't working right with the design.

So after I had drawn the flower petals, checked the pixels, filled with solid colors and again checked pixels, I was ready to fill in the design around the flowers.  To fit with stained glass, I decided to not follow the dark leaves in the background.  Instead I made leaves coming up out of the flowers.  That is a very basic draw step that takes 3 strokes.  Draw up from the flower and curve like a leaf.  At the top point, stop.  Now click there again and draw back down to the flower, curving again the opposite way.  Now you can add a line down the middle of the leaf.  Or you can add no lines, more than two lines, or make designs!

To complete the stained glass pattern, I added the stems at the bottom, a single leaf on the stems, a leaf going off to the left, and then I just added some curved lines to break up the rest of the background.
