This is going to be an quick and easy tutorial.
I got this idea from a Tip from TipWorld.

First start out with a Colored image that you would like to turn to an antique look.
I choose this one.

Now go up to Image, Noise, Add.
A window pops up. Use these settings. Click okay.

Now your image looks like a mess right now, don't worry.
Go up to Color, Colorize and use these settings and click ok.

Go up to Image, Noise, Despeckle.
Go up to Image, Blur, Soften More.
and Image, Blur, Soften.
Image, Sharpen, do this twice.

And now you are done.
Your final image should look something like this.
