Welcome back. I see you would like to add a frame to that flower arrangement huh? Well get ready cuz here we go. We will be making the frame using just what psp 6 has to offer. So lets get on with it..

First you want to figure out what color you would like your frame to be.
I chose red as it kinda goes with the picture.
So go to the color palet on the right and add the color that you want for the frame as the background color.

Go to Image, Add borders.

A new window will pop up and have Symmetric checked, and put in however big you would like your frame to be.
I put 10.

Now your image will look something like this.

Now with your magic wand, tolerance set at 0, feather set at 0, click the border.
You should now see marching ants just around your border.

With the marching ants still a marching go to Image, Effects, Inner Bevel.

A new window pops up.
Set your settings as I have them.

Your image should look something like this now.

We are now going to add a drop shadow.
Go to Image, Effects, Drop Shadow.

Set the settings as Color=black, Opacity=95, Blur=10.6, Vertical=2, Horizonal=2 and click okay.
Then with the ants still marching add another drop shadow with the same setting except the Vertical and Horizonal at -2.
That is it...You are finished with my tutorial.

I hope you enjoyed it and maybe learned something.
