Cushion Framing

This tutorial does use Eye Candy.
First open an image that has a center point.
I picked this one of my daughter.

Now with your selections tool, pick rounded square
and select your center object.
Go up to Selections, Invert and invert your selection.
Now go to Image, Plugin filters and choose Eye Candy, Swirl.
Use these settings (or you can play with them as well)

Keep it selected.
Your image should look something like this now.

Go up to Selections and Invert your picture again.
Go to Image, Effects and Inner Bevel use these settings.

Now go back up to Selections, Invert your image again.
Go to Image, Inner Bevel and use these settings.

Now you are finished. Simple as that!!!
