Mosaic Photo

This will be an easy tutorial for beginners or anyone else for that matter.

First thing you want to do is find an image.
Make sure this image is full of details..
I chose this image.

Select the Selections tool, Ellipse, 
Feathered - 2 
and anti atlas checked.
Pick a center point and make a ellipse.
Go up to Selections, Invert.
Go to Image, Effects, Mosaic Glass and use these settings.

While still selected, go to color, colorize
and use these settings.

Now go to Image, Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings.

Do the drop shadow once more, but this time change 
the vertical and horizontal to 2, 2.

Believe it or not, you are finished.

Mine looked a little plain, so I applied a button effect
using Bladepro.
