Starting at 300, 300 (located down in the bottom left hand corner,
draw a straight line 60 pixels.
Now which your magic wand, select the line you just drew.
Apply Bladed, silver preset as you did above.
Go up to Selections, Modify, Contract by 1 pixel.
Go to Images, Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings.
Go up to Selections, Select None.
Go to your Layer Palette and duplicate your line layer.
Go to Images, Resize, with these settings.
Now go up to Images, Sharpen, and apply this twice.
Go up to Images, Rotate and rotate it 90 degrees (you can rotate
it however you would like it to appear in your watch.) Now move it down
to where the ends of the hands meet.
Add a new layer.
Select the draw tool with these settings.
Starting at 300, 60 draw a straight line down to 300,550.
With your magic wand, select the line you just created.
Flood this with any color or design you wish.
I floodfilled mine with a blue then went to Image, Effects, Blinds
and used these settings.
You might need to zoom in to actually see the blinds applied.
Go to Selections, Select None.
Your image is probably looking something like this.
Add a new layer.
Go to your Preset Shapes and choose the rounded rectangle, Stroked,
10, antialias checked.
Starting at 50, 260 drag it up and to the right until the you get
to 340, 10.
This is going to be the buckle and hopefully it looks something
like this right now.
With your magic wand, select the buckle.
Now apply the silver preset from Blade Pro
It should look something like this.
While it is still selected, apply a drop shadow with these settings.
Go to Selections, Select None.
With your magic wand, select the inside part of the buckle,
Go to Selections, Modify, Expand 3.
Go to the layer that has the strap part on it (on my layer palette
it is
layer 4) and hit delete. This is going to take the part of the strap
out of the buckle.
Now with your draw tool, same settings as above but the width is
going to be 10
Start in the middle of the bottom part of your buckle (300, 50)
and draw a straight line
up to 300, 40.
With the magic wand, select the line you just drew and apply the
silver Bladepro preset
Your image should look something like this.
Selections, Select None.
In your layer palette, move the layer with the the strap on it and
put it
under the watch face.
Go back up to the layer with the line on it and erase the part of
the line that is on the
bottom of the buckle.
Now go to the straps layer.
Now which the selections tool with these settings.
Make a circle, start at 300, 565 and draw a circle about 11x11, hit
delete.
Do this four times going up the strap.
This is what mine looks like now.
Go to your layer palette, delete the bottom layer, we don't need
that any more.
Merge all visible. now you can cut out your watch if you wish and
do what ever you would like.
