You are going to have to reduce the size of the pattern you have been working with. My pattern was 400 pixels wide. So I reduced it by half. Use the Bicubic Resample. Make sure you then reset both of your Patterns in your styles tool.

Use the same Shapes Preset you used to make the Seats, Button 012. Add a new layer called Pillow. Draw the selection round. Then go to Effects/3D/Inner Bevel/Pillow. Copy this layer and paste as a new layer. Mirror the layer.
I added two more throw pillows and put a button in the center.
Add a new layer and use the Shapes Preset shown below or pick your
own.
Add a Drop Shadow with Vertical 3.
Then add another Drop Shadow Vertical -3.
Add another Drop Shadow, Horizontal 3.
Add another Drop Shadow, Horizontal -3.
Soften Guassian Blur the button with its drop shadow and lower the layer
opacity to taste.
Now add a new layer and add the Button again on top of the shadow button.

Here is an example of using one of the fabric patterns available.
I wanted to see how it would look as a back for a couch.
Go now and popluate the world with your very own beautiful couches!
