These remind me of a country or a baby's room look.  Click on them to see the full size images.

I started with a transparent image size 300x300.  I flood filled this with the gradient Ultraviolet.  Next I went to Effects/Artistic/Contours and used Custom 1.  Then on to Effects/Geometric/Ripple with the settings shown in the capture below.

After Ripple, go to Effects/Edge/Enhance.  Then go to Texture Effects/Textures and use the Patchwork preset.

Rotate All Layers left 90 degrees and apply the Patchwork again.  Now rotate right 90 degrees.  You can now add a new layer and add something for interest to your pattern.  I used the Butterfly Tubes.  I used the green butterfly and Colorized it to purple.  Then I went to Effects/Edge/Enhance.  Then I cut the layer opacity back to 70%.  Merge and Flatten the Layers.

You can get a full 3D effect by selecting all and going to 3D, Inner Bevel and then use one of the Presets.  I used Bead for image B.  For image C, I used the Metallic before merging the layers.  I made the background layer active and applied the 3D Metallic Inner Bevel to it only.  Then I merged the layers.

Image D had some other effects done to it.  After the Contour, I went to Enamel.  I used Custom 5.  Then I did the Ripple as above, but then I mirrored the image and applied the Ripple again.    Mirror again to be facing the right direction.

Now go to Effects/Texture Effects/Soft Plastic.  Use Custom 5.   Add a new layer.  I used the butterfly with soft brown top wings and bright orange bottom wings.  I did not enhance the edge.  I did colorize though and left its layer at 100% opacity.

A.Odd #24B.Odd #24bC.Odd #24c

A. Sunset Gradient Fill.  Contour: Custom 1.  Enamel: Custom 5.  Ripple with the same settings as eariler.
Add a new layer and use this butterfly from the butterfly tubes.

Now go to Effects/Texture Effects/Rough Leather.  Use the default.  I then used the Eraser, size 10 opacity 70%, to remove the shadow area below the butterfly.

B.  Merge Flatten Layers and use Enamel, Custom 6.  This creates a very colorful and interesting texture image.

C.  Do not merge!  Make the background layer active.  Go to Illumination/Sunburst.  Use the Top Center, Circle at 75.  Do this effect twice.  Now merge the layers.
