PSP7 Photo Enhancement: 4

10.  Manual Color Correction:  This can be a little confusing.  Click on Freehand selection and selected something in the photo you would like to see corrected.

For the first one I tried out the tree bark and selected Woods.  Then I picked a custom color of brown.  What happens next is that the rest of the photo is also adjusted to reflect the change/correction in the tone of the wood.

Next I chose the bush, and picked a custom shade of green.  The rest of the photo adjusted to this change/correction in tone.

You can see the two completed versions below the Foliage settings, side by side.

The left image has a warm feeling to it, the right has more of a hint of green under the snow.  Both are equally a major improvement over the original photo, and the final choice in photo enhancing is up to your own tastes.  You can still make more edits by use of the Retouch tool.  I might be tempted to use Lightness Up with the Retouch tool on the bottom section of the snow.  But most of your hard work has been done for you with a few simple clicks of the mouse.

Feature number 11, Red Eye, is covered next.
