Click on the Shapes Presets again and draw a new rectangle more narrow than the first ones.

Again, make sure the Node Edit tool is active and adjust your pleat.

Be creative and lift the left bottom side up while holding down the Shift key.

Once you are done adjusting, convert to a Raster Layer and use the Unsharp Mask.
Move this pleat to the top.  Copy it and paste it as a new layer twice.
Click on the Preset Shapes again.  Draw a rectangle similar to the one below.

Do not squeeze the top in, but hold down the Shift key and move the left corner up.
You can also move the right corner inward.

Once this pleat is adjusted, convert to a Raster Layer and use the Unsharp Mask.
Move this pleat to the bottom, but above the pink ruffle piece.
Copy and paste as a new layer 3 times.
