Making Dresser 1
The body of the dresser.

Ho hum..........yawn..........another piece of furniture, what could possibly be new?  Ut oh, I think we are actually going to do node editing with the dressers!  Did I promise somewhere that there wouldn't be any node editing?  Oh well............

Let's start with getting our basic dresser put together.  Open a new transparent image, 400x400.  Setup your wood patterns in the Styles.  I'm using wood01.jpg for the Stroke/Foreground and Stained Wood for the Fill/Background.  Use the comma from the Boxes.ttf.  Make sure your text is set for Vectors/Antialias.  Make your dresser no more than 200 pixels high and as wide as you want it to be. (we will be adding a mirror later)

Convert to a Raster Layer.  Click on the background with the Magic Wand.
Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and select inside the cabinet also.
Invert the Selection.
Effects/3D/Inner Bevel/Frame Preset.

With the Magic Wand select inside the dresser. Selections/Modify/Expand. Expand 2 pixels.
Flip your Styles swatches.  Flood fill with the Stained Wood.

Effects/3D/Inner Bevel/Bead Preset.
