At this point you might want to increase your canvas size.  That will give you more room to work since we will also be adding legs after the mirror.  Go to Image/Canvas Size.

Set your Styles with  wood03.jpg as the Stroke/Foreground, Stained Wood as the Fill/Background.  Click on the Text tool.  Click above your dresser body.  Change the Boxes.ttf to Courier New.  Use the capital O.  Stretch out the O until it is sized as you would like it.  Don't make it wider than the dresser since we are going to add some supports on either side of the bottom of the mirror.  The bevel works better if you keep the mirror more of an oval shape as shown below.  Once you have it sized correctly, deselect and convert to a raster layer.  With the Magic Wand, click on the background.  Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and click inside the mirror frame.  Invert the Selection.

For the Fleuron, use the Wingdings2.ttf, the lower case b.  Switch your top Styles swatch back to wood03.jpg pattern.  Size your fleuron support as you would like it.  Deselect and convert to a raster layer.  Effects/3D/Inner Bevel/Frame Preset.  Copy and paste as  new layer.  Mirror this layer.  Arrange your fleuron supports and move them to the bottom layers.
