Making Dresser 1
Making some legs.

Oh dear, it's time to use the draw tool and make those darn node edits again!

Let's start with a simple, 4 node leg.  Open a new transparent image, 200x200.
Edit/Change your Styles Patterns first.  Scale 50, Angle 90.
Click on the Draw toolPoint to Point Line, Width 3, Line style Solid.
Antialias, Create as vector.

First node placement left center near the top.
Second node placement left bottom near the bottom, indented.
Third node placement a little to the right of the second node.
Fourth node placement back up to the top across from the first node.
Right click and Quit Node Editing.

This leg needs adjusting.  Click on the Node Edit tool.  On the Tool Options window, click on Node Edit.  Look at the drawing below.  I made sure that node #1 and node #4, at the top, were on the same line.  Then I made sure that node #2 and node #3, at the bottom, were on the same line.  There is one block between node #2 and node #3.  That would be the middle point of the leg.  So at the top I adjusted the top two nodes so that the spacing was equal, ie, 1 block on either side of the middle block.  Now when I Quit Node Editing, my leg looks much better.  Then I simply squeezed the leg in to make it more narrow.  Deselect and convert to a raster layer.

This takes a custom bevel setting.  Go to Effects/3D/Inner Bevel/Pillow Preset.
Change the Elevation to 30.
I like this setting so much that I have saved it as a Custom preset named Pillow 2.

The final leg on the left is after applying the custom preset once.
The final leg on the right is after applying the custom preset 4 times.

Now that you have made a simple leg, it's time to make some other styles of legs.
