Since you've done something similar to this for dresser 1, I think we can run through this part pretty quickly. Your Styles get set to Old Paper as the Stroke/Foreground and the top Textures swatch gets set to the Tree Bark texture. With the Selection tool, select the inside of one of the drawers. Flood fill. Leave selected.

Effects/3D/Inner Bevel/Bead Preset. Leave selected still.
Copy and paste as a new layer 3 times. Place these layers in the
other 3 drawers.
Make the body of the dresser layer active.
Select the very bottom as shown below. Do NOT go to the very
edges of the sides.
Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur: Radius 1
Before I move onto more mirrors, here is my dresser with my handles
and legs.
For the handles, see page 2 of handles. For the legs, see page
3 of the legs.
With the basic dresser done, merge visible layers and save
this with a new file name.
Let go of the Ctrl key and push the top down by placing the cursor on
the middle deform block on the top.
Deselect. If the top isn't wide enough, click on the Deform
tool again and stretch it out some.
Do not sharpen the top after deforming. You want it to
look soft.
Matching mirror for dresser 2.
