Click on the Shapes Preset. Select the Rectangle and use the settings shown below. Set your Styles to Stained Wood as the Stroke/Foreground. All other swatches are Null.
Draw your Rectangle so that it meets the edges of the back of your top.(f.1) Deselect and convert to a raster layer. Click on the background. Hold the Shift key down and select the inside of the frame also. Invert the Selection.(f.2) Effects/3D/Inner Bevel/Frame Preset. Select the inside of the frame. Selections/Modify/Expand. Expand by 2 pixels. Flood fill with the Stained Wood.(f.3) Leave selected!

Change the Styles & Textures swatches to the ones shown below.
Flood fill twice.(f.4) Cut (f.5) and paste as a new layer. Move this layer back inside the outer frame of the mirror. Click on the Shapes Preset again. Draw a Rectangle inside the frame similar to what is shown below.(f.6) Deselect and convert to a raster layer.

Click on the background with the Magic Wand. Hold down the Shift key and select inside the frame also. Invert the Selection.(f.7) Effects/3D/Inner Bevel/Frame Preset. With the Selection tool, select just inside the inner frame as shown below.(f.8) Make the flood filled pattern layer active. Hit Delete.(f.9)

With the pattern layer active, Effects/3D/Inner Bevel/Bead Preset.
Change the Bevel on the Bead Preset to the one shown in the
image below.
Make the inner frame layer active. Click inside the inner frame with the Magic Wand. Selections/Modify/Expand. Expand by 2 pixels.(f.10) Add a new layer. Change your Styles swatches as shown below, Metallic Gradient.(f.11) Flood fill with the Metallic Gradient. (f.12) Move this layer to the bottom.(f.13)
