Effects/3D/Inner Bevel.  Use the Bead Preset.

Add a new layer for the window pane.  Change your top swatch to Gradients.  Use Metallic.
Make a selection as shown below.  Flood fill with the Metallic gradient.

Move this layer to the bottom.

You now have a basic window with a window pane.  You can adjust the opacity of the pane.
