Go to Image/Effects/Inner Bevel/Angled. Change the shape image to the one shown.
Click on the Freehand Selection tool/Point to Point.
Carefully place your points inside the beveled area as shown in the image.
Once you have the area selected, flood fill the Linear Gradient with
the settings as shown in the image.
Click on the Retouch tool/Soften/size 5/50% opacity. Soften where the bevel meets the flood fill and also where the bevel lays on the pumpkin. (bottom of the top ellipse.)
