Go to Masks / New / From Image. In the box that comes up, This Window will be highlighted. Make sure it is set for Source Luminance and Invert Data.
Now your dragons are on a transparent background!
Masks / Delete / Yes, Merge into the current layer.
Click any place on the image that has black with the magic wand.
Now go to Selections, Modify, Select Similar.
With the ants still marching, click on the Airbrush tool with
these settings.
Have your foreground color set to white and spray the selection.
Create a New Image that is sightly larger than the current image.
In this case 700x410.
Paste your selection on there as a New Selection and
leave the ants marching.
Go back to Selections, Modify, Expand and expand the lines by
1 pixel.
Leave the ants marching, click on the airbrush tool again and spray with the white.
With the ants still marching, go to Colors and then Greyscale.

Next go to Blade Pro. Use the pewter preset. Now you have a beautiful outline for your glass! You can try other presets - gold, leading, etc. In the case of our dragon clipart, the pewter looked best when applied to the selection after Greyscale. Continue to leave those darn ants marching and put this to one side while you work on your first image. Oh, I would advise having both of these images saved as a psp file just in case.
