It's time to go add the glass to the first image.  Deselect those marching ants if you already haven't on your first image.  Now add a New Rastor Layer.  You are going to flood fill this layer with a solid color so you don't go blind doing the glass.  In this case I picked a bright blue because I knew I wasn't going to use that color in the image.  Once you've flood filled, move this layer to the bottom.  Now make your background image the active layer.  The rest of this is going to be a lot of fun.

Pick the glass you want to use and open them up.  You can minimize them, but don't close them.
Using the Pattern Fill of the Fill tool, start filling in all areas that are not white.
For this pattern, I kept the clipart original up to make sure of the pattern.

When the glass is all filled in, go back to your soder image.
Copy it and Paste it as a New Layer on the glass image.

It should look fine with no little white spots........but.......
If you see an area you didn't flood fill with a pattern, just fill them in right on the soder layer.

Voila.....you are done!

Finished Dragon Stained Glass

You have created a beautiful piece of stained glass from clipart.

Some last words here.  Each piece of clipart is going to be different.  These settings are what worked with this image.  Depending on how good or how bad your original clipart image is, you may have to play with the settings to get the same result.  You might also want to do your dragon a bit differently and flood fill or paint the ears and ridges of the dragon in with white.  That way you would be able to fill them with glass instead of soderng them.  It really isn't hard though.
