The Picture Tube 2

Go back into PSP and find your new copy, Cosmos2.  Set the Step.  Now click on the middle tab with the little gears.  Click on Options.  Check the box next to Save as default for this Picture Tube.

Now I have a custom version of the Cosmos tube.
