The sink base:  Flood fill then convert to a raster layer.
For the sink base, you want to make it darker -50/5
Then: Effects/3D/Outer Bevel/Pillow Preset.

Click on the Deform tool and stretch the sink base up slightly,
so that the top edge is hidden under the sink bottom layer.

The bottom, middle and top sink layers:
Flood fill each then convert to a raster layer.  On the sink bottom layer, make it lighter: 30/5No beveling is needed or wanted on the 3 top sink sections.  Just flood fill the middle and top layer of the sink and then convert them to raster layers.  Do not use any bevels, but you can darken the top sink layer.  I suggest -10/5 for the top.

sink bottom

The water/inner sink:
Flood fill the water layer with white and then convert to a raster layer.
Then: Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur.  Radius 1.

Smudging.......I'll try to explain this part!

Click on the Retouch tool.  Use the Smudge Mode.  See settings below.

You may also want to use the Airbrush at some point.  See settings below.

1.  This first description is based on having used the Bead Preset/Outer Bevel on the bottom of the column.  With the smudge tool, brush both up and downward.  Pull color from the pink areas and smudge them both up and down.  Left click where you want to begin, then hold the left click down and move your mouse in the direction you want to move/smudge the color/pattern.

Try to get a curved motion going.  On the left side of the column botton, the curve should first curve to the left going down and then turn back right slightly. If you are smudging up, curve to the right and then slightly back to the left.  Do the opposite of these directions for the right side.  For the middle section, look at how the swirls are starting to go on my base.  Good smudging is an art form, and I actually had fun doing this part of my sink.  If you haven't done much smudging in the past, give it a try with your sink base and see what you can create.

2.  This is how it went with the base having no bevel, just the blinds.  In the end, I liked this version best.  How your base turns out is up to you.  You may prefer seeing some of the blinds in the base, or you might prefer more color, etc.
