Adding A Wood Floor:  Horizontal

Open your template3  back up again.  Also open wood08.jpg up.

Copy wood08.jpg and paste it as a new layer.  Click on the deform tool.  Stretch the wood out so it goes to the edges, then squish it down so that it covers only about 2/3 of the floor area.

Copy that layer and paste as a new layer.  The wood is already stretched out, now just push it down to the baseboard level.  You may have to go back and adjust the first layer of wood if you want more room for this second layer.  The perspective look of your floor is up to you.

Click on the freehand selection tool, settings point to point.
Draw the selection lines along the baseboard.
Activate each wood layer to delete the excess.

There you go.  Pretty simple isn't it?

Now let's do the more difficult vertical wood floor.
