Since my rug is blue, I Colorized the brown fringe with these
settings.
I then exported my blue fringe as a Tube file.
Add a new layer and apply the fringe at size 50%.
Use the Unsharp Mask on it with these settings.
Copy that layer and paste it as a new layer 2 more times.
Arrange each one on top of the next. Let them overlap each other
for a fuller look.
Paste another layer and mirror. Finish up the right side
now.
Your rug is done. You can play with your fringe for different looks also.
