Star of David

Open a new transparent image, 300x300.  Have the ruler on.  Click on the Shapes Tool.  Set it to Triangle/size5/Antialias.  Put the cursor at 250 to begin the triangle.   Move left to 50, down to 250.

Copy and paste the first triangle as a new layer.  Flip this layer.  Now arrange the two layers so that you form the star with the sections looking even.  Once this is done, Merge Visible Layers.  Click on the star outline with the wand.  You can now add an effect to this such as Blade Pro, Eye Candy, ect.  I buttonized mine.

While the outline is still selected, copy it.  Open a new 300x300 image and paste this copy on it as a New Selection.  Put that to one side for the moment.

On your first copy, unselect the border.  Use the wand to select the inside areas.  Once you have clicked in the first inside area, hold down the shift key to select the rest.  Go to Selections/Modify/Expand and expand by 2 pixels.  You can now fill in this area in your own way.  I chose to copy one of the textures from the Petsets tutorials.  I then went to Edit/Paste/Paste Into Selection.

Now go back to that other copy of the border.  Copy it and paste it as a new selection on your first image.  Voila.......no jaggies!  Use your own imagination to create your star.  This would make great stained glass too.
